I have been a part of the Molldrem Family Dentistry team since the office opened in June 2004. Having been with the office since the beginning is something I had never experienced. It has been rewarding to see the practice grow and I enjoy meeting new people each and every day. The patients and staff make every aspect of my job as a dental hygienist fun and enjoyable. I strive to make every aspect of an appointment comfortable for each of my patients. My two young boys keep my husband and I busy when we are at home. With my 'spare' time I like to read and spend time outside.

Peter

I have been practicing dental hygiene since 2006 and graduated from the University of MN School of Dentistry. Over the years I have developed a drive to change patient's view on dentistry and make their experiences as enjoyable as possible. I enjoy building relationships with patients and their families as they get a "fresh look" on what a visit to the dentist CAN be. MFD has become my definition of a "dream job" in all aspects that one can ask for in a career. Whether you are looking at the employer, coworkers, quality of life, or most importantly the patients that we see from a day to day basis; I absolutely love being a part of MFD.

When I am not here helping patients, I spend my time with my fiance (Mary), family, and friends. We have a strong sense and value of family togetherness that extends beyond immediate family. On my own time, I enjoy playing tennis and soccer as well as dabbling in new gadgets and technology. I also spend quite a bit of time working on my car as well.

I have been a part of Molldrem Family Dentistry since June 2009 as a Registered Dental Hygienist. I graduated from Normandale College with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science and have been in the dental field for 8 years. I thoroughly enjoy seeing my patients on a regular basis and being able to provide excellent care in a comforting environment. From the first day I became employed at Molldrem Family Dentistry, I became part of a family. I am proud to say we work together to provide excellent care to our patients. Since I value learning and being up to date on the newest technology, my patients get a personalized, comfortable appointment that is tailored to them. I will find a dental plan that fits your needs and gives you the healthy smile you deserve. I frequently attend lectures introducing new topics that I can share with my patients. As each year goes on at Molldrem Family Dentistry and new seasons come and go, one thing stays constant, the patients. The relationships that I have developed continue to grow and I look forward to creating new ones. I feel so rewarded to know that I am able to make my patients’ dental appointments, easy, and un-fearful.

My husband Steve and I recently built a house and enjoy spending every free moment working on our never ending house improvements :) I also enjoy taking my dog for walks, snow skiing and boarding, warm vacations in the cold MN winter months, and spending time with our family's.

I graduated from Mankato State University with a Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene. I have been working for Molldrem Family Dentistry for a year and a half. The thing I love most about my job is meeting new people and enjoy the opportunity to get to know our patients on a personal level. We develop trust with our patients because we are honest and straightforward with them. With the new technology that Dr. Molldrem has such as digital x rays, ntraoral cameras, and educational videos it allows us to thoroughly explain procedures to our patients. Our office works great as a team which makes it fun and exciting to come to work every day. I recently got engaged to my wonderful fiancé Dustin and we are busy wedding planning. In my spare time I enjoy traveling, working out, reading a good book, and hanging out with my family and friends.

After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Dental Hygiene from the University of Minnesota in August 2011, I was fortunate to start my clinical career with the Molldrem Family Dentistry team. Every day, I continue to learn new ways to provide the best treatment for our patients and make every patient's care my first priority. With the advanced technology we use, we are able to thoroughly explain and make dental treatment really comfortable. I strive to create a specific plan that is unique to each patient and is easily understandable to help them achieve a lifelong healthy smile they deserve. I enjoy meeting all my new patients, building compassionate relationships, and being able to provide exceptional dental care in a comfortable environment.

In my spare time, I love being outdoors, running, reading a good book, or traveling back to Wisconsin to spend time with my family. I really look forward to continuing to meet all the patients at Dr. Molldrem's office!

I have worked at Molldrem Family Dentistry since July 2009 as a registered dental assistant and this was my first job out of school and I have grown and learned a lot at this office. I enjoy constantly learning new things and meeting new patients every day. I strive to make everyone’s visit to our office a great experience because as many know, most people don’t enjoy seeing the dentist. I try to make it as comfortable as I can for patients. When I am not working, I spend time with my boyfriend, family and friends going boating, taking trips to the cabin, snowmobiling, and going to movies.

Joining Molldrem Family Dentistry in 2011 has been an exciting beginning to my career as a licensed dental assistant. I believe that the most important things we can give to a patient is a dazzling smile and a positive attitude. Not everyone is born with a perfect smile, which is where I come in. At Molldrem Family Dentistry, Dr.Pham, Dr. Molldrem and I work closely together to ensure that your smile stays healthy and beautiful. I am fortunate to be a part of the Molldrem team of caring and highly-skilled dental professionals. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is to receive referrals. It is the ultimate compliment to know that our patients value and recommend our office to close family or friends. My commitment is to provide the best possible experience for both our current and new patients. There are two passions in my life - creating smiles and green tea. If I am not busy with one of the two, you can find me surrounded by an ocean of photographs which will later become my scrapbook.

I graduated from Hennepin Technical College in 2008 with an Associates degree in Dental Assisting. Right out of school I was offered a position at an Orthodontist and was there for three years. I was very excited to join Molldrem Family Dentistry in August of 2011. Dr. Molldrem has taught me a lot and I look forward to learning new things each day. The thing that I love most about my job is meeting new patients each day, and making sure everyone has a great experience at our dental practice. When you come to see me I will be sure to walk you through your appointment and make sure you are comfortable during the procedure. I look forward to seeing you and ensure you will be happy with your smile when you leave!

When I am not working, I spend time with my boyfriend, family and friends. I love to travel, go shopping and spend time outside.

When I first joined the Molldrem Family Dentistry family in June 2009, I was so excited to join an office that puts patient comfort as our first priority. Our great team strives to provide the best experience possible for going to the dentist and giving you a healthy beautiful smile. I love meeting new people and our office really has a hometown community feel from the team and our wonderful doctors, to the patients. It is great when you can build relationships with patients and their families. I work with our entire team to make sure your experience with us is a pleasant and comfortable one. I am confident that you will receive the best dental care possible in a relaxed, state of the art environment. I look forward to working with our patients on their individualized dental plans and financial options. We also feel so rewarded to hear when our patients have had such a great experience that they refer their friends and family to our office. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, traveling to Florida and spending time outside boating, walking our dogs and running. My husband and I have 4 "children" that keep us busy. Our active toddler boy, as well as 2 dogs and a cat!

Nikky - Patient Coordinator

I really enjoy being part of Molldrem Family Dentistry because of our great staff. Everyone in the office makes going to work a joy each and every day. We all know that going to the dentist isn't everyone's favorite thing to do. With that in mind, we all strive to make coming to the dentist the best experience possible. I have worked for Dr. Molldrem since January 2006 and love interacting with the different patients that come through our office. In my spare time I enjoy snowboarding, boating and shopping. I also enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my spoiled rat terrier named LJ.

Brittany - Patient Coordinator

I joined Molldrem Family Dentistry in 2008. I had previously worked in retail for close to six years. I enjoy meeting new people every day. I help out in the office wherever I can and am learning new things all the time. Prior to working in a dental office I had stayed away from dentists for years and years after having a bad experience as a child. Once getting to know everyone here I really began to appreciate how much Dr. Molldrem and the staff focuses on their patients being at ease. I'm thankful to have a new perspective on the importance of dental visits. I’m now finishing a degree to become a dental hygienist and have the opportunity to show people that one bad experience at the dentist doesn't have to turn into fearing it for good. Outside of the office I spend time with my husband and friends. I enjoy anything outdoors, reading, and have a slight obsession with the Chicago Bears.
